INTERVENTION PLANNING AND MAPPING

This section provides resources to look at different angles of intervention within a classroom, a school and during times of transition. The continuums provide a flow of intervention for groups of students, but also shift focus to the needs of challenging students and how can we best support them within the school context. When a solid foundation of intervention is provided within the classroom, the needs of many students are met. For students who struggle within the classroom we can then look at additional intervention suggestions based on their needs. Working actively with all the school partners will be key to support the student and sustain a positive outlook.
